Terms of service
Version 1.0 · Published
Monoplan is provided to business customers by CommonStudios, CVR no. 39125307, Denmark. Contact contact@monoplan.io. These terms describe our general agreement framework. Updating this page alone does not amend an existing agreement.
Agreement and service
The customer is the business entering into the agreement. Anyone accepting on its behalf must have authority. The service, price, trial, payment, commitment, renewal and cancellation terms are specified in the customer's order confirmation or accepted offer. Individually agreed terms prevail in a conflict; the data processing agreement takes precedence for personal-data processing.
Monoplan supports scheduling, employee administration, time recording, absence, communication and payroll data. Features depend on the subscription and configuration. A specific service level or uptime guarantee applies only if agreed in writing.
Accounts and access
The customer must keep information current, appoint administrators and grant access according to need. Access must be removed when no longer needed. Users must protect their credentials and report suspected misuse promptly.
Customer data and responsibilities
The customer retains its rights in customer data. CommonStudios may process it to provide and protect the agreed service and carry out documented customer instructions. These terms do not limit individuals' data protection rights.
The customer must establish lawful grounds for employee processing, inform employees and choose necessary data, access and retention. CommonStudios also has its own obligations as supplier and processor. See the data processing agreement, employee information and acceptable use rules.
Do not use general text fields, chat, uploads or AI for national identification numbers, bank details, diagnoses, medical certificates or other sensitive information. Such processing requires an expressly agreed, suitable feature and a lawful purpose; a field's technical availability is not permission.
Payroll, working time and decision support
The customer must check calculations, collective agreements, working-time rules, payroll data and exports before making decisions or payments. Monoplan does not replace professional or legal judgement.
AI suggestions can be incorrect and require review by a competent person. They must not be the sole basis for significant decisions about employees. These terms do not permit training external models on customer employee data.
Integrations and exports
The customer must check recipients and data before using an integration or export. Its agreement with a payroll, booking or other external service applies separately. Disconnecting an integration does not itself delete information already transferred to the recipient.
Rights, confidentiality and security
CommonStudios and its licensors retain rights in the software, design and documentation. The customer receives a right to use the agreed service during the agreement. Both parties must protect confidential information and restrict access to people with a legitimate need. The security overview describes responsibilities and precautions.
Termination, changes and liability
Cancellation and payment follow the customer agreement. Contact us before termination to arrange data return and handling under the data processing agreement. Archiving or disabling an account does not itself erase every copy.
Material changes to an existing agreement follow its notice and acceptance provisions. Publishing a new text is not recorded customer acceptance and does not retroactively change previously accepted versions.
Liability follows applicable law and any limitations validly agreed in the customer agreement. Nothing here limits mandatory obligations or individuals' rights. Contact us first about questions or disagreements so we can seek a solution.
