Can we change settings ourselves?
Yes, supported settings are available to people with the necessary access. The exact options depend on the feature and your plan. We can show you the relevant setup in a demo.
Do you develop every feature we request?
No. We assess needs, existing options and the impact on the shared platform before prioritising a change. An enquiry does not guarantee delivery or availability.
Does a development request cost extra?
That depends on the task and any agreement. Describe your need first so we can clarify options, scope and price. Sending an enquiry does not order development work.
Can we use Monoplan while a request is being assessed?
Yes, the standard platform works independently for supported workflows. If a particular new feature is essential to your business, we should clarify it before you choose the system.
