If you are tied to another system, you can apply for Plus or Pro without double payment for the documented remaining contract period, up to 12 months. A new business starts with a free 30-day Pro trial. The end date, plans and subscription terms are then shown under Settings → Subscription.
Payment for the coming calendar month is based on the highest number of active employees in the previous calendar month. For example, if you had up to 15 active employees in November, you pay for 15 employees at the start of December. The monthly minimum is 10 active employees.
An active employee is an employee profile that has not been archived. Archived employees do not count in future calculation months unless they were active earlier in the month used as the payment basis.
Upgrades take effect immediately with prorating. Flexible subscriptions downgrade at the next monthly renewal; 12-month commitments downgrade when the commitment ends. Data from downgraded features is hidden and restored after a later upgrade.
A flexible subscription can be canceled at the end of the current monthly period. A 12-month commitment is canceled when the commitment ends. You then receive 30 days of read-only access with export. Data can be restored for up to 120 days before it is deleted or anonymised under the GDPR procedure.

monoplan is an installable mobile web app (PWA) that opens from your home screen. There is no separate app-store app.
Annual prepayment and seasonal pauses are not available. Choose flexible terms at DKK 15/25/35, or save DKK 5 per employee/month with a 12-month commitment at DKK 10/20/30. Both choices are billed monthly in advance based on the previous calendar month's highest number of active employees.
Starter covers scheduling, everyday employee workflows and the GPS/Wi-Fi time clock. Plus is the recommended plan and adds communication, absence, timesheets, standard pay supplements and payroll reports. Pro adds automation, documents, payroll files for selected payroll systems and advanced analytics.
Plus includes the standard payroll report, standard pay supplements and PDF and CSV downloads. Pro adds payroll files for Danløn, DataLøn, DataLøn Branche and Zenegy, plus custom reports. You import and review the files in the payroll system; Monoplan does not submit payroll directly.
