Viggo is Monoplan’s AI agent in beta, designed to help with overviews and proposals around shift planning. He is not yet open for general access. Contact us about the current status and possibilities for your team. A standard trial does not itself include access to Viggo.
Viggo is designed for questions about the selected schedule and proposals to create, move or reassign shifts. The beta scope also covers schedule and template drafts, plus specific proposals around time records and supplements. Actual availability needs to be confirmed separately.
Viggo is designed to prepare a draft schedule or template. It is a proposal that requires your review and separate human approval. He does not take over staffing without your decision, and the beta is not a guarantee of a complete or correct schedule.
Proposed changes require separate human approval before they are carried out. An answer that only reads and explains information does not change data. You review the proposal and can approve or reject it.
Viggo is designed to work with the relevant period, department and information your access allows. Answers and proposals depend on the available context. Missing information needs to be clarified before you decide on a change.
MCP, Model Context Protocol, is a standard for connecting AI assistants to a system’s data and tools. We are planning an MCP connection to Monoplan, but it is not yet available to customers. Its scope, access and supported assistants have not been defined.
