Acceptable use

Monoplan is a workplace tool for businesses and their employees. Use it lawfully, respectfully and for the purposes agreed with your organisation.
Content and information
Share only information necessary for work that you are entitled to share. Do not upload unlawful content, threats, harassment, discriminatory material or content that infringes others' rights. Avoid unnecessary private information about colleagues, customers or other people.
Do not put national identification numbers, bank details, diagnoses, medical certificates or other sensitive information in ordinary chat, free text, AI prompts or general uploads. Use a specifically agreed feature if such processing is permitted. Do not describe the cause of sickness in an ordinary absence message.
Access and technical use
Use only your own authorised access. Do not attempt to access other organisations' data, bypass controls, share credentials, overload the service or distribute malicious code. Report vulnerabilities without retrieving or changing other users' information.
AI and integrations
Check AI output and external recipients. AI suggestions must not alone determine significant employee matters. Do not add sensitive information to obtain a more detailed response. Customers must arrange necessary agreements and instructions for their integrations.
Report unlawful content or misuse
Email contact@monoplan.io. Identify the content's location, why you consider it unlawful or contrary to these rules, and how to contact you. Provide only necessary evidence; omit credentials and unnecessary personal data.
We assess reports and may request further information. Measures may include restricting content or access where justified under the agreement or law. Security concerns may require prompt restriction. Contact us for an explanation or to request reconsideration of a decision. Confidentiality, others' rights and applicable law may limit information we can disclose.
Responsibilities
The customer's and CommonStudios' respective duties follow the terms and executed data processing agreement. These rules do not authorise new categories of data or remove CommonStudios' own obligations.
