Privacy policy
Effective date
This policy explains how monoplan processes information when you use the website, add a business to the waitlist or contact us.
In short
- We do not sell your information. Lead data is used for conversations about monoplan, the waitlist, integration enquiries and customer service.
- Analytics requires your choice. Google Analytics is only loaded if you actively allow analytics cookies.
- You can have data deleted. Contact us if you want access to, correction or deletion of your data, or no longer wish to be contacted.
Typical situations where we process data
A business joins the waitlist
We process contact and business information to follow up on monoplan and the launch offer from 1 September through 30 November 2026.
A visitor requests a report format
We use the request to understand the need and contact the business about relevant report and integration options.
A person wants data deleted
We can find and handle information from website forms when you write to us with a specific request.
Who is responsible?
monoplan is responsible for the information collected via the website. You can contact us at contact@monoplan.io.
What information do we process?
When you fill in a form, we process the information you send us, such as your name, email address, business, CVR details, feature requests or message.
If you allow analytics, the website may also record technical information about how the site is used, such as the page group from which a CTA was clicked, form views, time and browser information.
Why do we process the information?
We use the information to contact you about monoplan, manage the waitlist, respond to enquiries, understand which pages generate interest and improve the website.
Analytics and cookies
If you actively choose “Allow”, monoplan loads Google Analytics 4 to understand traffic, popular landing pages and conversions to the waitlist. Google Analytics and our own event measurement are not loaded if you select “Necessary only”.
With analytics consent, we measure page views, CTA clicks, form views, form starts, submission attempts and validation errors. We do not send names, email addresses, business names, CVR numbers, free text, session IDs or URL parameters to Google Analytics. Google Analytics may set cookies such as _ga to distinguish between visits and sessions. These cookies can generally be stored for up to two years.
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer. When you withdraw consent, we stop Google Analytics and try to remove Analytics cookies from the monoplan domain.
CVR lookup and business data
The waitlist form can use CVR lookup to find or confirm the business name, CVR number, address and industry. This makes lead data more accurate and reduces manual follow-up.
If CVR lookup does not work, you can still submit the form with the business name you enter.
Sharing and storage
Information from forms may be sent to our internal lead intake and suppliers that provide technical support for operations, hosting and email. We do not sell personal data.
We retain information for as long as it remains relevant to the waitlist, our conversation with you or documentation of our work, and delete it when there is no longer a legitimate need.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction or deletion of your information. You can also ask us to stop contacting you about monoplan. Write to contact@monoplan.io, and we will help.
